Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Publishing Rebel LLC ("Company"), and the affiliate ("Affiliate").

1. Program Enrollment

1.1 By enrolling in the Company's affiliate program, Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1.2 Company reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Affiliate agrees to promote Publishing Rebel LLC's products/services in a professional and ethical manner.

2.2 Affiliate will not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.

2.3 Affiliate agrees not to use spam or unsolicited emails to promote Company's products/services.

2.4 Affiliate is solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their marketing materials.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Affiliate will earn commissions as stipulated by the campaign they are in and will be informed via email.

3.2 Commissions will be paid on the schedule stipulated based on the campaign they are in.

4. Termination

4.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.

4.2 Upon termination, Affiliate will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Affiliate agrees to keep all confidential information received from Company confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

8. Entire Agreement

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.

Code of Conduct

As an affiliate of Publishing Rebel LLC, you are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:

Ethical Conduct: Conduct your affiliate marketing activities in an ethical and honest manner.

Transparency: Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Publishing Rebel LLC whenever promoting its products/services.

Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Quality: Ensure that your marketing materials are of high quality and accurately represent Publishing Rebel LLC and its products/services.

Respect: Treat customers, fellow affiliates, and Company employees with respect and professionalism.

No Spam: Do not engage in spam or unsolicited marketing activities.

Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of Publishing Rebel LLC and third parties.

Confidentiality: Keep all confidential information received from Publishing Rebel LLC confidential and do not disclose it to any third party.

Non-Compete: Do not promote competing products/services while enrolled in Publishing Rebel LLC's affiliate program.

By enrolling in Publishing Rebel LLC's affiliate program, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
